Yoga Dancer is an online resource of asanas. If you would like to know the Sanskrit name of the poses you learn in class, or if you want to see other variations, or even if you just have a simple question that you didn't think to ask in class, use this website to get a brief review. Remember however, you shouldn't try a pose until you know the strength, flexibility and breath is ready to go there!
