Greetings,
Ah fall, my favorite time of year. The kids are back in school, the days
are getting shorter and the intensity of summer's heat is beginning to
wane. We give a collective
exhale as the energy of the season begins moving in a downward direction,
making preparations for the quiet of winter. There is a great deal of instability
yet, but in that uncertainty lays the opportunity for change. The trees graciously allow their
leaves to wither and fall as they return their energy to their roots. Likewise, may you have the courage
exhale that which no longer serves you and in turn nourish the foundation of
your soul.
Below is our Fall Schedule which includes our new Curative Yoga Class taught by Susan Nishizawa-Hampton. Each class will focus on movement of
the body with the breath (pranayama), utilizing the sound current (mantras) to
reach deeper states of relaxation and self awareness. Each class will end with a
meditation. For more
information check out our website @ www.yogalivingcenter.com
We hope to see you soon but in the meantime, keep breathing!
