SESSIONS

In order to meet the needs of the student and maintain the integrity of the teachings, yoga was traditionally taught in a private setting. Today, private yoga sessions are the most authentic way to learn & study yoga and to provide an excellent opportunity for a personalized experience.

Using the techniques of asana, pranayama, bandha, mudra, mantra, or meditation, a practice will be created to address your unique situation. Whether you are struggling with a specific issue, looking to deepen your practice or simply prefer a smaller setting, your practice will be customized and designed to support you.

The first session lasts approximately 1 1/2 hours and is intended to be a discussion/assessment of your needs or goals. Subsequent sessions last approximately 1 hour and will be tailored to address the issues identified in the first meeting.
